A selection of bratwurst will be provided by Isernio’s Sausage (Beacon Hill), Cascioppo Brothers Meats (Ballard), Bavarian Meats and Uli’s Famous Sausage (Pike Place Market), Da Pino (Ravenna). The bratwurst offerings will also include handcrafted sausages by Tom Douglas Restaurants chefs—“beer czar” Warren Peterson, PalaceLink Kitchen’s Brian Walczyk, and Dahlia Lounge’s Brock Johnson.
